mission accomplished

It is not common to get positive feedback of customers, talking about translations and/or interpreting! Most of time, when they come back to us, that is, most of the time, when they are unsatisfied by what we have done, which is justified ! So I would like to share with you a last comment we received from one of our customers after having organized an interpreting mission in Paris for a well-known publisher. In French, sorry !

(...) a tout simplement été formidable. C'est un excellent professionnel, ses prestations ont vraiment été d'une grande qualité et très appréciées par nos auteurs (...) qui pourtant ont l'habitude des interprètes puisqu'ils assurent la promotion de leurs ouvrages (traduits en 50 langues) dans plus de 30 pays! Les journalistes ont aussi beaucoup apprécié son aide et sa rapidité, sans oublier la patience. Je vous remercie, la mission est donc parfaitement remplie. What can I add except that this is very pleasant and motivates us even more to carry on working hard to satisfy our customers.
